We will be running a variety of distances with the Portage Lakes Running Club. Please visit our Facebook or the Portage Lakes Running Club's to see if there is a time change and for the locationn. Monday & Thursday @ 6:00-7:30pm
Indoor Cycling at Portage Cyclery Bring your own bike and trainer and workout for free if you are a PLX3 Tri Club Member($5 per session for non-members) . If you don't have a trainer or would like to rent one from Portage Cyclery, you can rent a Rock-n-Roll trainer for your bike ($5 for members and $10 for non-members.) Wednesday Track Workout 6pm.
Kent State University We have a consistent group of runners putting in a hard workout each week at the KSU Indoor track. Come and join us, the camaraderie makes these sessions a lot more fun! KSU charges non-students $4 to enter the facility. Friday Group Swim 6:30-7:30pm
Kent State University Rec Each Friday we have reserved a lane in the Fitness Pool for the Tri Club. Also, for the month of December, Portage Cyclery has sponsored an instructor to give swimming training from 6:30 - 7:00. There is a fee of $4 for non rec members (you may also enter and use the facility at 4:30pm), just stop in at the Pro Shop when you arrive and let them know you are with the PLX3 Tri Club. Portage Cyclery hosts a group ride every Sunday out of the shop. When the weather is unpleasant, bring your trainer or rent one from Portage Cyclery and ride indoors! Check the Facebook Page or contact [email protected] |
